New Features:

General

  • We “rolled up” the contacts from the Accounts, Opportunities and Projects of related "child" accounts so that you can see them at the "parent" account level. On the Contacts tab in the "parent" account, change the view.
Sales
  • We added the ability to bundle products together. The price of the Bundle that is defined can be set independently of the products within the bundle.
  • We added the ability to renew a bundled product so that upon renewal of a bundled subscription, the bundle will maintain the price and quantity of products included from the original sale. You can update the bundled product at renewal time to use an updated or new bundle.
  • When you add a Primary Contact on an Opportunity, that contact will now be added as a Stakeholder with a default connection role. The default connection role can be set in the Configure area and will only allow for one default connection.
Delivery
  • We updated Time Entries to limit entries to a maximum of 168 hours per entry.
  • We adjusted how a Resource Assignment has hours distributed. Previously, booking a resource for 40 hours across a one-week period distributed those hours evenly across the five working days so that it was eight hours per day. Our changes allow you to distribute those hours unevenly across that date range so a resource can be assigned work in a more appropriate manner.
Revenue
  • The ability to set the Monthly Price is now available. Previously we calculated the Monthly Price based on the Price Per Unit. You can now set the Monthly Price and it will auto-calculate the Price Per Unit.
Bugs
  • Multiple Quality of Life issues were addressed to improve ease of use.
  • Non-Billable Hours on a Project has been updated to calculate correctly based on Time Entries.
  • Clicking the “Complete Task” button on a Project Task with no Time Entries will now properly set the Percent Complete (%) to 100%.
