- In the left navigation, under Customers, click Accounts. The system defaults to the view for My Active Accounts.
- Click the arrow next to My Active Accounts to display your view options. Select Active Accounts.
Note: You can change the default view by clicking the one you want and then clicking Set as default view.
From here, you can filter and sort by the column headings. These differ from view to view and may include city, state or province, country, industry, primary contact, owner, relationship type, customer status, last activity date, annual revenue, and more.

To see detailed information about an account, click the account name.
Here you will see tabs where account information is stored and where you can add more information.
Summary
The basic account information: name, website, industry, last activity date and much more. It shows the stage the account is in and the Customer Type. It also outlines the health of the account along with Total Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Lifetime Revenue and Gross Margin.
Details
This tab shows related accounts, source of the account, and a profile of the business. It shows the currency used in billing and the account owner.
Timeline
The timeline shows all the activities related to opportunities on the account. It shows both active and closed activities. You can open, edit, and assign them from this screen. Shown too are the durations of the account stages.
Projects
This shows a list of all the projects that are related to the account.
Contacts
This shows a list of all contacts related to the account. You can add, edit, or remove contacts from this screen.
Addresses
Here you can enter the addresses of the account and of the billing contact.
Invoices
This is a list of all invoices that have been issued to this account.
Documents
If documents related to the account have been uploaded, a list will appear here.
Subscriptions
This is a list of all the subscription products this account has purchased.
Opportunities
This is a list of all the opportunities and their status, related to the account.
Related
This typically allows you to access an Audit History with a full list of changes made to the account including date, time, and user who made the changes.
