Set up task and user story classifications to categorize them. Sample classifications, or labels, might include Analysis, Build, Configuration, Design, and more.
Classify your tasks and user stories so that you can analyze them to see where your work hours were most effectively used and make adjustments accordingly. For example, see your project variance by the classification of tasks and user stories. This is available as one of your dashboards under Project Oversight.
Project Tasks
- In the Configure area, under Project Setup, select Project Task Classifications. The list appears.
- Click the + sign. The New Project Task Classification form appears.
- Enter the Name and click Save. Click the X in the upper right corner to close and return to the list.
- In the Configure area, under Project Setup, select User Story Classifications. The list appears.
- Click the + sign. The New User Story Classification form appears.
- Enter the Name and click Save. Click the X in the upper right corning to close and return to the list.
