- The Merge button is now available for Accounts and Contacts by switching to the "Read Only Grid" from Account/Contact views. It allows you to merge two Accounts/Contacts into one record.
- A percentage (%) discount field has been added to the Opportunity Line (Products). If you enter a dollar value into 'Discount Per Unit' it will automatically calculate the 'Discount % Per Unit' and vice versa. This now allows you to apply % or $ discounts to products; previously it only allowed for $ discounts. This should increase flexibility for Sales Representatives on what can be offered.
- We've added Time Stamps to Time Entries to more accurately reflect the duration and time spent on Tasks assigned to Project Resources. This is customizable in the Configuration area and will automatically calculate the duration from the Start and End Times if it has been enabled.
- Time Entries now have Categories. These are set up in Configuration. When a Resource creates a new Time Entry, they can categorize it. This is not a required field and can be turned off in Configuration.
- Calculations have been added for Time & Material and Fixed Price Projects that include Actual Hours, Remaining Hours and Estimate at Completion (EAC) Hours for each. These are calculated based on a roll up from the Project Tasks that have been set for the Project.
- Product Cost and Gross Margin have been added to Product Prices, Opportunity and Opportunity Lines to easily identify costs and margins for your products.
- Several issues relating to the TekStack Data Grid have been updated for ease of use and filtering
- Items related to ‘Find A Resource’ in Delivery have been improved to properly reflect processes related to booking a resource.
- Multiple Quality of Life issues have been addressed and improved for ease of use.
