It feels great to finish work items and check them off your list. In TekStack, you have some options. You might complete your Task, User Story and R.A.I.D items individually but you can also bulk complete your User Stories and R.A.I.D. items.
And the great benefit to this process is that when you complete an item such as a project task, all other related items beneath it will also be completed. This saves you time and effort.
For example, when you complete a project task, all related User Stories and R.A.I.D. items will complete as well.
Completing Individual Project Task, User Story or R.A.I.D. Items

You didn’t have to approve the time or cancel the remaining time. And, no further time entries will be allowed.
A note of caution—be sure that you are ready to complete an item as it affects the entire project. Each time you click a complete button, this is what will happen.
- Remaining Hours will be set to zero.
- All Confirmed Time Entries will be set to Approved.
- Rejected Time Entries will be disabled.
- No further Time Entries will be allowed.
You will get the following message asking you to confirm your action.

Note that once a work item is complete, you can no longer add or edit time entries for that item.
Bulk Completing User Stories and R.A.I.D. items
Here is a list of User Stories on a project. Note the menu on the ribbon just above the TekStack grid (the list).
See how this menu changes when you want to complete more than one item on your list.
The Complete User Story icon appears. Click this to complete the checked items. This works for R.A.I.D. items also.
