Before you can approve time, check that you’re set to be a time approver. On each User record, set the Project Approver to Yes. When adding a Project Manager to a new project, it will automatically add them as a Time Approver. If there isn’t a Time Approver on the project then User’s logged time will go to their supervisor for approval.
Approve a Time Entry

Click Time Entry Approval.

In the list of logged time entries, click the name of the one to approve.

Click Approve then Yes.
