The Triple Constraints of project management are 1. Cost: The financial constraints of a project, also know as the project budget, 2. Scope: the tasks required to fulfill the project’s goals, and 3. Time: the schedule for the project to reach completion. 


TekStack has made it easy to track these items on the project record with our Status tab. 
 

To access this section, open the Project Record.
 

Navigate to the Project Tab on the form.
 

Click on Status on the sub tab.



Here you can enter the status for Overall, Budget, Scheduled, and Scope using the colour coded option sets.
 

The options are as follows:

  • On Plan
  • Off Plan
  • Significantly Off Plan

 

There is also a section to enter an explanation of the status.
