While the Services Manager (SvM) works in the TekStack Delivery and Help Desk areas, access to other areas is often needed. You will see that the security role of the Services Manager is numbered according to the solution you will have access to.

Services Manager 03

This role gives the SvM Read (Only) access to the Outbound and Sales areas including some related items in the Configure area.

Services Manager 04

Here are the main functions you can perform with this security access. In the Delivery area.

  • View Dashboards: Project Delivery, Project Variance by Classification
  • Create a project, create tasks, user stories, R.A.I.D. items, build issue logs, find a resource, book resources, complete projects, review project time entries and billing, approve time and review utilization.
  • Additionally, with more overall responsibility, the SvM can appoint Project Managers and oversee work done by Project Managers, Project Resources and Support Analysts.

Services Manager 07

This role gives the SvM Edit access to several Revenue-related functions found in the TekStack Revenue area. However, it gives Read (Only) access to Invoices as well as the Revenue section of the Configure area.

Services Manager 08

This role gives the SvM access Read (Only) to Subscriptions and Invoices in the Revenue area.

Services Manager 10

This role gives the SvM Read (only) access to the Marketing area with Edit access to the Accounts and Contacts.

Services Manager 12

This role gives the SvM Edit access to TekStack Helpdesk area but Read (Only) for dashboards in that area.
