Sales

  • We have updated the process to Close-Win/Close-Lose an Opportunity. There is now a Win or Lose button depending on the action you have chosen. Clicking this button will now update the Opportunity to the status required. Clicking on Save/Save & Close will now save the information but not update the status of the Opportunity.
  • Click Dimensions has updated the Scoring Model for Contacts. We have updated the way these calculations work against a Contact and how they roll up to an Account.
    • Scores are now stored in their own table called "Scores". These are related to a Marketing Activity (Posted Forms, Campaign Responses, Sent Emails, etc.) and now store in its own record.
    • The Score record now contains the Contact associated and the score value.
    • This value is rolled up to the Account "Total Engagement Score" that drives the Account Stages based on the thresholds in the Configuration settings.

Revenue

  • Order Lines will now be inactive if the Unit associated with it is not time based.
  • Order Lines that are linked to a Project will remain active until the Project has been completed.

Bugs:

  • Numerous bugs identified have been addressed and updated.
