This role gives the SA Read (only) access to the Outbound and Sales areas.

This role gives the SA Read Only access to the Delivery area.
Support Analyst 07
This role gives the SA read Only access to Revenue area.
Support Analyst 08
This role gives the SA Read Only access to Revenue Subscription area.
Support Analyst 10
This role gives the SA Read Only access to the Marketing area.
