TekStack version 2024.5.1 is a smaller release with some updates and fixes. The updates are focused on time entry and time sheets.
Delivery
Time sheet usability improvements and fixes - We made a number of small changes to the time sheet to improve its usability. Projects are sort alphabetically, cell value are highlighted when clicked, the spacing of popup messages has been optimized, the grid now uses lines to improve readability. We also fixed some issues where the totals did not sum correctly and the remaining hours did not calculate correctly.
Time entry time picker enhancements - The start and end time picker on the time entry form now supports user local time zones. When creating a new time entry, start time and end time automaitcally populated using the current time.
Bug Fixes
8363 - Data grid time is displayed in UTC, not the user's local time zone
8385 - Creating a task from the account timeline does not use the quick create form
8389 - Data grid boolean filter does not work
8390 - Data grid filters do not show all the options for boolean and multiple choice fields.
8392 - Closing an outbound activity does not save before closing
8393 - Time sheet gets stuck in updating when a time entry is created then immediately modified
Known Issues
There is a known issue with the data grid column filter. The first column filter a user opens and applies works as expected. When a column filter is applied, the second column filter a user opens does not display a list of options and searching for options does not return results. Text filters still work, but you must know the value to use. As a work around, the grid can be filtered using the "Edit fitlers" side panel. We are working to remediate this issue so the work around won't be necessary.
