While the Marketing Analyst (MA) works mainly in the Marketing area, access to other areas may be needed. You will see that the security role of the Marketing Analyst is numbered according to the area of work that needs to be undertaken.
Marketing Analyst 03
This role gives the MA Read (Only) access to the Outbound and Sales areas. You have some view access to related items in the Configure area.
Marketing Analyst 04
This role gives the MA Read (Only) access to the Delivery area. You have some view access to related items in the Configure area.
Marketing Analyst 07
This role gives the MA Read (Only) access to Revenue area related to Services such as Time Entry and Milestone Invoicing. You have Edit access to Activities, Account and Contacts. In the Configure area, you can view Revenue-related items.
Marketing Analyst 08
This role gives the MA Read Only access to Revenue Subscription area with to view Orders, Invoices and Invoice Approvals. In the Configure area, you can view Revenue-related items.
Marketing Analyst 10
This role gives the MA Edit access to the Marketing area.
Marketing Analyst 12
This role gives the MA Read (Only) access to the Help Desk area. You can edit Customer Accounts and Contacts.
