TekStack can utilize the native integration between Power Apps and Outlook to track users inbound emails automatically. By default only INBOUND emails are tracked in the system automatically.
 
Approving Mailboxes
 
Navigate the Power Platform admin center (https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/), from there open your production environment, select Settings > Email

Select Mailboxes and you will be directed to a listing of all user mailboxes available. This next step must be completed by a Azure user that is a Global Admin or a Exchange Administrator.
Change the view to All Mailboxes and search for the user who’s mailbox that you want to approve select the mailbox and click on Approve:


 
Test& Enable Mailboxes
 
Next open the Mailbox by clicking on the value in the name column.  Ensure that the following fields are set to Server-Side Synchorinzation or Email Router; Incoming Email, Outgoing Email, Appointments, Contacts, and Tasks.
Then click on Test & Enable Mailbox.

The fields in configuration test results will show successful when it has completed.

Emails will now be tracked based on the setting in the Personalization Settings.
