An email in TekStack is currently known as a SalesSpark activity. It is typically sent through an outbound sequence from the Outbound area. However, you can send an email directly from a contact even if that contact isn't yet part of a sequence.

You can still add that contact to a sequence although sometimes you just want to connect with a contact directly.

Here's how.

  1. Navigate to the contact you want to email. Click Send Email.

You’ll see a message that you are leaving this page.

This is because you are being redirected to the SalesSpark email activity called Manual Email, in the Outbound area.

Note: If you see this message, you must first set up your email account with SalesSpark.

See our Knowledge Article, Grant Access to Your Mailbox.

Add an Email Attachment

It’s easy to add an attachment to an email whether it’s in a sequence or not. You can add a file to an email or upload it to the cloud and send a link.

Note: Currently, Microsoft limits the file size to 3 MB.

Important! Before you can add an attachment, you must save your email draft.

  1. Click the  icon to attach a file.
