An email in TekStack is currently known as a SalesSpark activity. However, before you can send any email, you must first grant SalesSpark access to your email account.
The following message is the trigger.
- Click Show me how to initiate the setup. The SalesSpark Welcome screen appears.
- Click Log In.
- Log in to the Office 365 Account associated with your SalesSpark App.
You may see the Microsoft Pick an account message where you must select the appropriate account as a user in the system.
This signs you into SalesSpark.
- Click Enable SalesSpark for my Mailbox. Your user subscription confirmation appears.
You are now enabled in the SalesSpark application.
Note: You don’t need to click the Launch the SalesSpark App as it will not return you to TekStack.
- Return to your TekStack Outbound area. Your user profile is now set up.
