Every project needs a project manager (PM), someone to keep track of tasks, resources, and overall progress. Assigning a PM is simple and allows your projects to run smoothly knowing that someone is overseeing its success.

But, before you can assign a PM, you’ll need to set up your Resources list under Resource Management. Learn more in Set up Project Resources and Assign Roles.

  1. In your project, click the Details tab.
  2. Click in the Project Manager field and press Enter to see the list of available resources.

  1. Click Save.
