Every project needs a project manager (PM), someone to keep track of tasks, resources, and overall progress. Assigning a PM is simple and allows your projects to run smoothly knowing that someone is overseeing its success.
But, before you can assign a PM, you’ll need to set up your Resources list under Resource Management. Learn more in Set up Project Resources and Assign Roles.
- In your project, click the Details tab.
- Click in the Project Manager field and press Enter to see the list of available resources.
- Click Save.
